THE MIX ROCK BUDDHA BEACH!

Legendary Marbella rockers The Mix, lead by singer Mel Williams, are set to reform for a special one-off gig at Buddha Beach club on Sunday, August 17. Mel’s Sunday sessions at beach bars along the coast in the eighties were legendary, with musicians from Puerto Banus’ piano bars dropping in to gig, and were massively popular with both visitors and residents alike. Later The Mix became the most sought after band in The Port, with their superb cover versions of classics from the sixties to the present day

The gig at Buddha Beach will be the first time that the band has played together for many years and Mel is looking forward to the event. “I’m really excited to be playing with the guys again, and to be gigging at such a great place as Buddha Beach. We’re going to bring a little bit of the old beach days to Buddha Beach, and really make the place rock!”

The show is due to start at 4pm, and Buddha Beach will be serving their renowned Sunday BBQ from 5pm.
